How do I know if this is a good project to try Agile out with? Where do I begin? What are the important points I need to know? Are some of the questions Project Managers and Development Managers have when looking at using Agile for the first time.
What do I get from this new methodology? What are the risks? What do I need to know? Are some of the questions often asked by Senior Managers and project stakeholder before transition.
In order to help build confidence and objectively answer questions and concerns about the appropriateness of a project being considered as a candidate for Agile, I have produced an Agile Readiness Questionnaire to help your decision making.
Based on the DSDM Atern Project Assessment Questionnaire (PAQ) this 21 question document is used to assess how ready your project is to be delivered via an Agile methodology.
The assessment document will help:
- Explore characteristics of the project, people and organization.
- Enable stakeholders to make judgment on a the most realistic approach.
- Identify potential areas of risk to be addressed.
So here is it just click the image below to download the document in PDF format.
